As per my Twenty-Seven (27) Years of experience working on Automatic Pedestrian Door Operators have gained a passion for the industry.

I have enjoyed both personal and professional growth within all areas of the business starting as a Factory Hand before being trained and deployed as a field technician, responsible for service and Installation / commissioning works of company operators including Tormax and Gilgen as well as competitor units such as Auto Ingress / Besam / Record and Dorma-Kaba

Opportunity within each business led to leadership roles such as Sales and Service Management, before being provided an opportunity on two occassions to 'Start Up' a State Branch in a new location within each business. Firstly at Byrnes Entrance Technology before secondly being employed via way of aquisition with Access Entry. As Branch Manager of each of the aforementioned companies, I was responsible for managing company P&L and Budget requirements as well as the responsbility of growing market share in both new unit sales and after-sales servicing (Maintenance and ADHOC).

Promotion of each new company identity and the associated offered product and brand was and is as rewarding as it is challenging and I have enjoyed the success of each position whilst continuing my personal development.
