  • Being the first point of contact for new employees joining the team- setting employees up with a new email address, organizing their PPE and introducing them to their new workforce
  • Entering invoices into IFS, receipting invoices, and sending them to accounts to pay
  • Making sure contractor invoices are paid on time and following up with any queries they might have
  • Keeping a register with all invoices received for each month and making note of which ones are paid and why certain invoices are not approved for payment
  • Stock taking- admin, tea/coffee, confectionary supplies and reordering if the kitchen/ cabinets are running low
  • Liaising with IT if any issues occur with employee computers, software or printers
  • Taking the minutes of meetings and distributing them to the right personnel after each meeting.

Hobbies and Interests

My main hobby now is travelling. Since moving to Australia nearly two years ago I have visited many countries some Irish people would only dream to visit- Bali, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia. Learning about new cultures and meeting new people interest me.
