One of my most significant achievements during my tenure with Fulton Hogan in Queensland was my substantial contribution as part of a small team to the successful delivery of the Breakfast Creek Trunk Sewer Augmentation Program.

My main achievement as a supervisor would be managing four leading hands and 60 plus crew members during the build of Adelaide CBD; all whilst re-designing and re-routing cables to move away from potential risks.

- Walkout, design and update construction plans to better improve the customers connection and experience.

- Supervise and manage mixed self-perform teams and sub-contractors.

- Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, safety and management to complete the jobs on time and in a safe and outstanding manner.

- Monitor daily costs to stay within budget requirements.

- Lead a safe and productive workplace.

- Position and organise each crew member for the day and their daily tasks.

- Check and sign off all completed works.

- Answer daily calls and attend all site issues.

- Check crews and complete safety checks.

- Assist in spotting excavator.

- Assemble pit and pipe work into ground.

- Operate 5T tipper.

- Operate and maintain Vactruck Unit.

- Build Drops.

- Assembling and fitting custom designed built-in furniture.
