My career journey began in 2020 with LJ Hooker Property Complete after serving in the Army Reserves for three years, where I was in the infantry. During my time in the Army, I learned to lead groups and work as a team with people of different genders, ages, and ethnicities. I joined LJ Hooker as an Administrator when COVID-19 first started in 2020. After two years, I moved from Administration to Head of Contract Processing for Sales, and by the end of 2022, I transitioned into a Sales position, leaving the Army Reserves to fully pursue my career. Since then, through continuous growth, training, and experience, I have refined my expertise by learning from colleagues and industry peers. I have excelled in negotiating, prospecting, and relationship building, allowing me to connect with my clients on a personal level and understand them beyond mere numbers.
