• In my role as a waitress, I am tasked with a variety of responsibilities such as welcoming and seating customers, serving food, taking orders, and clearing tables
• I also handle payments and manage takeaways
• Additionally, I serve both food and drinks, answer phone calls for orders and reservations, and ensure the needs of large groups are met
• In my role as a bartender, I am responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and providing service for events
• Other duties include taking orders, serving food, building relationships with regular customers, and offering efficient service by having a thorough understanding of the menu and making recommendations

Taking customer orders with a friendly attitude, preparing and serving food and beverages with care, and ensuring a positive experience for customers.
In addition to front-of-house duties, I also help with back-of-house responsibilities like restocking supplies, cleaning work areas, and following health and safety protocols.
