Spraying: Apply a variety of products to all surfaces, including bowling greens, using boom and fishmouth sprayers.
Course Setup: Move hole locations, markers and ropes daily to ensure even wear and maintain challenging course conditions; ensure hazard markers and signs are in place.
Green Care: Carry out mowing (walk-behind and ride-on mowers), rolling, occasional aeration, grooming, and top dressing of golf and bowling greens.
Bunker Maintenance: Trim, rake, and shape bunkers throughout the course.
Mowing Tees, Fairways & Surrounds: Regular mowing of tees, fairways, and surrounds.
Irrigation System Operation: Operate Toro irrigation program

and hand water to maintain adequate moisture across all surfaces.
Tractor/Loader Operation: Use loader, tractor, and trailer for transporting sand and debris.
Team Cooperation: Work with other staff members, using handheld radios to communicate and formulate efficient action plans.

Turfing and Seeding: Assist with turfing and seeding tasks as needed.

Mentorship: Provide directions and guidance in a range of tasks to more junior staff.

Key Achievements

• Apprenticeship Completion: Started apprenticeship in 2017 and successfully completed in 2019.
• Event Preparation: Prepared golf courses for PGA Australia events at Rosebud Country Club (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) and at Moonah Links (2021, 2022).
• Acting 2IC Role: Served as Acting 2IC in 2022 during the absence of the 2IC, overseeing staff task assignments, leading morning meetings, and managing daily operations.

• Wipe down and sanitize tables to maintain cleanliness.
• Bring in tables, chairs, umbrellas and barriers from outdoor seating areas.
• Vacuum and mop floors to ensure a tidy and presentable environment.
