As a referee in training I get to ref games under the supervision of other black and white shirt refs and sometimes ref games by myself and 1 other ref. As a ref I need to make sure the game is fair and enjoyable for the players. I ensure the rules of the game are followed by every player. I monitor the time when we begin and finish the game so there is no delays with other games.
