. Review and monitor stakeholders progress, making adjustments to plans as necessary to ensure they continue to meet evolving needs and goals.

. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to stakeholders plans and interactions (Privacy).

. Stay informed about changes and updates to NDIS policies, procedures, and guidelines, incorporating them into planning practices as appropriate.

. Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and other activities aimed at improving planning processes and outcomes.

. Uphold NDIA's values and commitment to promoting inclusion, diversity, and accessibility in all aspects of service delivery.
