Santos - GLNG Project

• Supervise the installation of gathering networks throughout Roma, Arcadia Valley and Scotia fields.
• Lead gathering works from mulching, clear and grade, stringing, trenching, pipe lay & install. Through to reinstatement, field fit out, final tie ins and final walk downs ahead of MCC.
• Encouraging a strong safety culture through ongoing training, toolbox talks, and hazard identification initiatives.
• Reporting of performance to site construction superintendents and managers.
• Developed work schedules for both plant and people, balancing resources to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Assisting employees how to fix problems, correct mistakes, and maximize productivity.
• Communicating with clients to identify needs, gather feedback, and provide regular updates on the direction of day to day works.
• Mentoring members in the crews to enhance their technical skills and boost overall performance.

• Santos GLNG: Roma East Field Development Project “Backbone”
• Verifying equipment calibration based on specific criteria, managing equipment, and measuring instruments to ensure that devices are available for testing and strengthening the accuracy of reordered information.
• Monitoring quality systems; ITP’s, NCR’s, TQ’s, & Observations.
• Leading site crews to understand and interpret P&ID's, and day to day drawings.
• Inspecting and Supervising of construction & installation – pipe stringing, pipe bending, trenching and excavation, bedding / padding backfill, lowering in and tie ins, fabrication welding, field joint coating, NDT, cathodic protection, hydrostatic testing, flange insulation.

• Responsible for managing all pre-fabrication, construction, and workshop activities operating across the east of Australia.
• Leading site construction crews on the installation of HDPE networks and major pump stations for our clients.
• Condabri Ponds 5 & 6 ( Ostwalds Bros )
• Reedy Creek WTF ( FKG – Roma )
• Talinga Pond C ( FKG - Chinchilla )
• Kamerunga main water upgrade. ( Cairns )
• Goulburn-Murray Water Irrigation piping ( Victoria )

• Murphy Pipe and Civil – QCLNG Chinchilla
• Welding of HDPE, specialising with tie in welding and final completion works.
• Qualified to carry out both Butt Welding and Electrofusion. Piloted to operate McElroy machines within the ranges of 110mm-900mm diameter HDPE.
• Carrying out squeeze offs, hot-taps, live tie ins, HDPE prefabrication and brown field pipe installation.

• Rebuilding areas effected by natural disasters, in ruin by conflicts of war.
• 2010 - Grantham floods to safely secure and rebuild communities.
• 2012 ( Jan – Jul ) Operation Slipper, Afghanistan. Mentor the Afghanistan National Army in rebuilding their communities.

• Performing all carpentry: specialising in large-scale commercial projects..
