  • Company Overview: WCS was bought out by Sharpe Engineering.com.au giving me 11 years of service to the oil and gas industry.
  • Servicing B.O.P Blow out preventers for oil gas.
  • A team of 2 fitters and 2 laborers’ have very low incidents in the workshop over the last 2 years.
  • Still go in the field to fault find help service commission equipment conduct Audits for clients.
  • Set up a training center to train clients in Bop Operations.

  • Fitter rehabilitating Railway lines in the Northwest Pilbara, Mount Newman as fitter in charge of a machine called a (P811) it was a equipment that propelled its self, it had 3 sources of power electric over hydraulics.
  • Applying to services and functions at once to lift railway line, guide it around the machine while other parts of it removed the old ballast and cut a new bed removing old sleepers and placing new sleepers on the ground and control spacing and place the railway line back in place.
  • This was a special job because of the remoteness, and it had to work due to windows in the traffic (1km Long Trains) did not stop for anything.
  • So, all jobs had to be completed in projected outcomes.
  • This machine was serviced, maintained by me.
  • A proud achievement, to only lose one day’s work due to a major accident in 9 months.
  • Contract finished.
