• Examining functional statements, organizational charts, and project details to ascertain the functions and responsibilities of employees and work units, while identifying areas of redundancy
• Creating work measurement initiatives and examining work samples to formulate standards for labor utilization
• Assessing workforce utilization, facility layout, operational data, production schedules, and costs to pinpoint optimal efficiencies for both workers and equipment
• Formulating designs for mechanical equipment, machines, components, and products for manufacturing, as well as planning plant and system constructions
• Specifying manufacturing requirements and determining materials, equipment, piping, material flows, capacities, and the layout of plants and systems
• Coordinating and managing project labor while overseeing the delivery of materials, plants, and equipment
• Establishing standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection, and maintenance in accordance with engineering principles and safety regulations
• Conducting inspections on plants to ensure the maintenance of optimum performance
• Supervising the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment, and coordinating the needs for new designs, surveys, and maintenance schedule

Implementing cost-effective methods for reservoir management and production optimization, thereby reducing operational expenses and improving the economic viability of projects.

Analyzing geological and production data to make data-driven decisions and improve reservoir characterization and performance
