Currently working in a larger scaled wholesale bakery in a rural area while pursuing a career in the city looking to further my skills and knowledge within the industry. Privately trained and mentored to compete in national competitions across the country. Within my apprenticeship i have produced a variety of instant breads, sourdoughs, cakes, pastries and pies. Keen and willing to work in a friendly team based environment that focuses on product consistency and consumers opinions to ensure product and industry development.
