MECHANICAL COMPLETIONS

• Performed mechanical tasks by work instructions, including the installation of rotor

guards and high-speed shaft covers

• Thoroughly cleaned and painted flanges to ensure high-quality finishes.

• Connected hydraulic hoses per manufacturer specifications

ECC CABLE PULL

• Prepared tower brackets and loop decks for cable pulling by project requirements

• Installed high-voltage cables within the tower as per work instructions

• Routed and secured low-voltage cables throughout the tower and basement areas

• Utilised appropriate lifting equipment and internal winch to transport tooling and

equipment to the nacelle.

PRE ASSEMBLY TOP TEAM

• Coordinated the arrival of tower sections and components, communicating

effectively with the crane operator to ensure safe and secure placement

• Applied precise torquing and stretching of bolts to specified values

• Managed the slinging of small equipment, tools, and components for lifting

operations

• Conducted tower cleaning and completed all necessary mechanical work before

walk-downs and inspections.

MAIN CRANE INSTALLATION TOP TEAM/GROUND TEAM

• Coordinated the delivery and installation of tower sections and components by

effectively communicating with crane operators to ensure safe and secure

placement.

• Performed precise torquing and bolt stretching to specified values in line with

technical requirements.

• Safely slung and prepared small equipment, tools, and components for lifting

operations.

• Conducted tower cleaning and completed mechanical tasks prior to walk-downs and

inspections.

• Prepared components meticulously before installation, adhering to project timelines.
