Started out as a self-employed roofer by subcontracting on new build sites, where keeping good relationships with contractors and site managers was key. Over time, moved into private domestic work, dealing directly with homeowners and managing jobs for different estates. Took charge of a small team, adapting to whatever the job threw at me, sorting out problems as they came up, and handling contract negotiations. Always focused on doing a solid job, keeping things safe, and communicating clearly. Stayed calm under pressure, balanced multiple projects, and worked hard to keep customers happy.
