I Finished my Apprenticeship at Energy Air on 20/10/23. I have learnt a variety of new skills and polished up on my current ones, i have been in a work van since my arrival and have undertaken my own jobs, this is a list of my responsibilities:

• Diagnosed faults in electrical and mechanical components to return units to full operating capacity within 24 hours of maintenance request.
• Repaired and replaced electrical components of air handlers and condensers.
• Installed new air conditioning, heating and refrigeration systems according to manufacturer's specifications and local codes.
• Communicated with supervisors to gather system malfunctions symptoms and locations for diagnosis and correction.
• Replaced dirty filters throughout system of air handlers every month following routine maintenance schedule.
• Cleaned indoor/outdoor coils, fan barrels/decks on split systems.
• Troubleshot and diagnosed issues with HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Repaired and replaced faulty motors, switches and compressors.
• Diagnosed, repaired and commissioned gas leaking units.

• I did 3 years of my apprenticeship at Cooltimes, I obtained various experience in both service and installation of HVAC units, my experience includes the following:
• Residential and Commercial Experience
• Service and Maintenance of Split Ducted/Split systems and minor Water-cooled Units
• Electrical/refrigeration fault finding
• Repairs of Capacitors/PC boards/Sensors/Sump Heaters
• Component replacement Compressors/Fan Motor/Valves/Accumulators
• Minor Brazing/Soldering
• Installation of Ducted/Split systems
• Rough in pipework/ductwork
• Evacuation/pressure testing and charging units
• Belts and Pulleys service
• Coil chemical cleans
• Company Warehouse maintenance

• I had been working at Dingo Air as a casual as a labourer and installation assistant, my duties are:
• Installing Split-Systems
• Servicing and Maintenance of units

• Worked on Split systems at residential houses
• Worked and Maintenance on All different type of chillers
• Welding and soldering
• Replaced large Chilled water/water pump motors
