My volunteering Experience was progressed through a schooling program and i decided to lean towards a retail store for a small amount of experience i ended up choosing JayCar electronics at the store of a usual day which was opening til close i started the morning by cleaning by vacuums or wiping down shelf's other task's involved restocking items assisting customers but seeking help when needed and i did learn a few things about checking out costumers with their purchases and just general retail experience. (only worked for 2 weeks 72 hours)

At this job i enjoyed it. I was trained for both FOH and BOH but more experience on FOH so i knew how to take orders process payments cook the food, clean when needed, and overall work throughout the whole store doing any task presented to me.

• Greeted customers promptly and took orders to keep flow of traffic moving.
• Wiped counters and sanitized equipment to maintain clean food prep and dining areas.
• Followed food safety procedures outlined in company policies and health and sanitation regulations to prevent food borne illness.
• Collaborated with team members to quickly fill large orders and serve large parties.
• Processed orders on POS system and accepted cash and charge payments.
• Restocked workstations with supplies and food display cases with fresh selections to decrease customer waiting during busy periods.
• Ensured prompt delivery of takeout orders by efficiently packaging items and verifying accuracy before handing them off to customers or drivers.
