Rio Tinto Iron Ore (RTIO) - CLAHDO Transfer Chute Upgrade Project ~ $75M: Mar-25 to Current (2mths)

• Full time site based role (2n1) managing a team of Project Engineers, Planners & QA professionals - (approx 15 people). Daily client engagement.
• After working on this project during the tendering and planning phase for approx 18mths, My knowledge of the project greatly assisted with the overall execution onsite. 6mths into site execution I was made Lead Project Engineer, with direct reports to the Project Manager and Site Manager

Rio Tinto Iron Ore (RTIO) - CLAHDO Transfer Chute Upgrade Project ~ $75M: Jan-23 to Mar-25 (26mths)

• Assisted in the tendering phase of this project Jan-23 to Oct-23 (10mths). Was responsible in estimating all pricing for materials & equipment required for the project.
• Dec-23 to Sep-24 (10mths): Was responsible for project planning from Perth prior to site mobilisation in Dec-23 to Sep-24, this included assisting in delivery of necessary project deliverables, methodologies, schedules, procurement, resourcing/rostering requirements, equipment coordination, QA documentation. Since mobilising to site in Sep-24 I have been site based full time (2n1).
• Developed and constructed the key baseline L4 schedule for the project in the planning and development phase.
• Developed highly detailed shutdown methodologies and L5 schedules for 12 separate transfer station shutdowns.
• Coordinated $20M worth of procurement and $1.5M worth of shop detailing in the project planning phase.
• Conducted client presentations of methodologies and schedules prior to execution of shutdowns.
• Delivered detailed execution presentations to blue collar and senior management prior to each shutdown, this included an in depth overview of the methodology/schedule sequence using Navisworks (3D modelling).
• Provided strong technical problem solving on-site for all civil and SMP works related to the project.
• Had direct relationships with SMP Superintendents and Supervision, would frequently collaborate in the field to monitor schedule and methodology progress in shutdowns and assist with any technical concerns, as this project is heavily brownfield the amount of in-field problem solving needed with superintendents and supervision was significant.

Glencore Coal - Supply & Install of New Water Fill Point Facility ~ $2M: Aug-23 to Dec-23 (5mths).

• Responsible in developing the full job tender, was awarded the package to later execute as the site engineer.
• Responsible in coordination and management of all materials and equipment required for the job.
• Site supervision and technical support of blue collar.
• Development of pre execution deliverables including methodologies and schedules.
• Full QA management onsite of concreting works and responsible in full MDR close-out.
• Responsible in full coordination of concreting and steel reinforcement works, job had approx 30 different pours scheduled which were all successful.

Rio Tinto Alcan (RTAG) - Culvert Remediation Works & New Bridge Fabrication (Shutdown) ~ $2M: Dec-22 & Aug-23 shutdowns. (12mths)

• Responsible in developing the full job tender, was awarded the package to later execute onsite as the project engineer.
• Close collaboration with supervisors and superintendents in the field for shutdown execution of culvert remediation works. Responsible for coordinating equipment & procurement for 2 separate shutdowns which were delivered on time.
• Assisted in QA & ITR sign-offs & MDR close-out.

Rio Tinto Alcan (RTAG) - Workshop & Mine Re-roofing Package ~ $6M: Jan-23 to Jun-23 (6mths)

• Assisted in daily site works reporting to the project manager, responsible for procurement, pricing variations, scheduling, crew work packs, coordinating equipment, producing and managing TQ's, assisted in QA & ITR sign-offs & MDR close-out.

Goodline Head Office - Tendering & Estimating Team (2.5yrs): Undergraduate Engineer

• Assisted with tendering a wide variety of mining packages for clients including but not limited to Rio Tinto, Glencore, BHP, FMG, TKISA, DHHI, Roy Hill. Responsible in tendering packages with values up to 80M.
• RFQ management of materials & equipment.
• Estimating brownfield and greenfield works from first principals.
• Development of tender clarifications and qualifications.
• Development of necessary tender deliverables for timely bid submissions.
