Some of the following points are the work and relations undertaken at my time at Phosphate Hill

• Managing staff as the Maintenance Supervisor when the supervisor was unable to work due to illness or other circumstances
• Maintained operation and undertook repairs and upgrades on the sites aging sewerage treatment plant
• Repaired plumbing systems, components, and equipment.
• Installed new piping systems in various types of buildings following local building codes and regulations.
• Performed regular maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent costly future repairs for customers.
• Resolved emergency plumbing situations quickly and efficiently to minimize property damage for customers.

Started working for my fathers business in Townsville from a young age starting as a labourer and eventually learning about plumbing until i started my apprenticeship in early 2016. Started and completed my apprenticeship with him and continued to work under him for a few years until i made the switch to mining. The work was more focused on domestic and commercial plumbing with a few civil works undertaken at my time with him.

Some of the work included was plumbing and drainage maintenance, replacing pipework during renovations, new installs, roofing and irrigation work and gas-fitting.

Good client relations and communication was integral as we would undertake multiple jobs at a time as a 2 man team, and i have some experience running a business as he would undertake work out of town and leave me to manage the operations in town.
