Hobbies and Interests

I have an excellent understanding of LinkedIn (Recruiter), Talent Insights and SEEK. Other systems that I have exposure to are O365, Xero, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, Lotus Notes, Basware. I was a member of the Graduate Services Society and participate actively in fundraising and sponsorship with local and national charities and have received two awards for doing so. I volunteered with a refugee charity to help people with their résumés and job applications.

Projects

  • I was the POC for visas in Australia for Oracle, across all functions. I created our company profile through IMMI for Labour Market Testing and was the sole individual managing all paperwork working with immigration partners (Deloitte). This project allowed for an increase of mobility within Oracle from offices globally.
  • Developed and implemented a comprehensive project analysing over 1000 screening calls for evergreen software engineering roles. Designed a visual funnel to illustrate drop-off points in the hiring process and presented findings to management, highlighting areas for improvement. Collaborated with the team to refine stages in the process, resulting in a notable decrease in drop-offs and subsequent increase in final stage interviews and offers.
  • Actively participated in the Neurodiversity Committee, championing initiatives to create an inclusive workplace for individuals with diverse neurological abilities. I then implemented strategies to promote neurodiversity awareness within the organisation, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
  • Moderated the yearly Graduate Intake Program based in India, which was a full day online event (due to Covid), interviewing 100s of candidates over an eight-hour period, with offers going out immediately. It is the biggest Graduate Program in India targeting Teir 1 (IIT) Universities.
