I'm a commercially savvy recruitment specialist, who has managed global teams and been an individual contributor in Technical Recruitment for the last 12 years in Australia. I have hired for teams globally at all levels, including at C-suite for multiple years, working directly with founders to strategically hire and cost save where possible, including internal mobility of staff globally.
I am a storyteller at heart, I love to create excitement with potential hires and build relationships between talent and where I work. I thrive on immersing myself in the various departments of orgs. and working with marketing to craft a rich, evolving story to attract and retain talent at all levels. I am dedicated to not only attracting top talent but also ensuring a personal, seamless, and memorable onboarding experience. I co-founded Cure Recruitment in 2021 and have loved the exposer to a wide range of industries and talent. I have been working on end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple businesses in APAC, introducing great candidates. One of our core strengths is immersing ourselves into the culture and process of our clients and tailor making a candidate journey which matches the organisation. I’m always available and ensure that candidates and clients have an easy ‘journey’. I managed all commercial aspects of the business from process and project management, vendor agreements, risk management, including all aspects relating to ABN, ATO and Workcover liabilities.
I managed a team of six globally (two in Melbourne, two in India, one in the US and one in the UK). This was quite a hands-on role, working with the team to scale globally in 41 countries worldwide. I focused on following servant leader practices.
