  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand dimensions and design of form structure.
  • Completed complex formwork projects (mostly in our on site precast yard} requiring precise measurements and attention to detail.
  • Observed all Catalpa & UGL safety regulations and procedures to prevent mishaps and injuries on job sites.
  • Fantastic Knowledge of health and safety , Daily filling out our required Tech 5s and JHA's
  • Maintained high-quality workmanship by following blueprint specifications and construction standards.
  • Communicated daily with job site supervisor to discuss milestones and update project schedule.
  • Poured and finished concrete to a high standard.
  • Installed all the precast we formed and done all the patching required on them.
  • Installing storm water drainage pits and lines according to the drawings and back filled to proper standards with conditioned material in multiple lifts.
