Lead Business Analyst
- Spearhead business analysis efforts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder requirements.

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and senior management, to ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and third-party partners, establishing and nurturing collaborative partnerships to support project delivery and meet business needs.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with external vendors, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable and in line with organizational requirements.
- Manage vendor performance and adherence to SLAs, conducting regular reviews and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to facilitate vendor selection processes, including RFP development, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on vendor management best practices, including vendor risk assessment, compliance management, and contract management.
- Lead cross-functional vendor management initiatives, coordinating efforts across departments to optimize vendor relationships and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to vendor management, including data privacy, security, and confidentiality.
- Passionately drive procedural updates and adapt to legislative changes in insurance and incident management to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
