- Developed strong customer service skills interacting with diverse populations within our community, showcasing my ability to confidently understand their inquiries regarding their motor vehicles. I was able to identify issues, provide assistance and suggest appropriate solutions regarding their needs.
- Collaborated with staff members on a daily basis, growing my team working skills. I was sometimes involved in conversations and even shared feedback regarding the shops customer focused operations.
- Collaborated with team members on various tasks, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in different work situations as I learned many new things on the job, as well build motorbikes and put together new mechanical equipment unassisted, being able to showcase my pre existing knowledge from tinkering at home on my family owned cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
- Learned good time management skills as I had to balance multiple responsibilities effectively while maintaining high-quality results.
- Learned how to merchandise stock inside the store front, as well as operate and place vehicles in the outside lot each day.
- Housekeeping duties. Maintaining a clean work environment. Sweeping, mopping, polishing, restocking et cetera.
