  • At Kmart, I've used and acquired skills similar to those at Myer, but on a much larger scale.
  • At Kmart, I'm working with a much larger team, which has helped me learn to collaborate and engage with everyone. During my time here, I've learned and been signed off on numerous MHE equipment, gained more experience in picking and packing in more detail than Myer, and worked with loading truck containers in numerous ways.
  • Completed day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently, as Myer units were around 1,000 per day, whereas Kmart is around 15,000 to 35,000 units per day.

  • Working on the post has given me a lot of experience working around the dock while using electric and non-electric pallet jacks, and a walking stacker used to double-stack ULDs.
  • The post consists of the constant loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Working at the dock, I've handled merchandise, as well as received merchandise trucks, which include the truck manifests, and loaded them into the system and accepted them.
