• Liaising with underwriters to provide appeasing outcomes to members and Account Managers within company and Redbook guidelines

• Managerial role coordinating storemen and warehouse staff for a productive and efficient back-of-house.
• Overseeing and expediting repair/credit processes and approval for faulty or damaged customer/inventory stock.
• Picking and packing online orders for click and collect, delivery and store-to-door services within targeted time limits.
• Receiving, unboxing, processing, pricing and running very heavy incoming daily stock flow.
• Enacting appropriate sign-out and handover of large TVs, white goods and bulky stock to customers for safe transport.
• Analysing and managing inventory via rolling stocktake and correcting invoice and sales errors/manufacturer and supply chain shipping issues.
• Planning and coordinating product availability for advertising and promotion purposes.
• Training new staff on job duties, company policies and safety procedures for rapid onboarding.

• Attending preview screenings/public relations events of upcoming films as a representative for independent movie review website Hooked on Film.
• Regularly writing in-depth but accessible critically opinionated reviews of said films, published prior to wide release across social media platforms.
• Interviewing local filmmakers and actors about past and upcoming projects to promote and publicize their work through exclusive editorials.
• Printing expansive feature articles on a number of film-related topics, including exploring classic and beloved pictures, ranking various cinema subjects and spotlighting Australian film.
• Editing and fact-checking fellow writers reviews and articles prior to publication, and coding their schedule for release on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
