RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provided strong administrative and office support for the Loan Consultant/Broker as well as, assist the Loan Consultant in preparing loan applications including the following tasks:

- Prepare lender servicing calculators

- Conduct relevant policy research

- Obtain lender specific pricing

- Research and shortlist lender and product options

• Maintain the customer database and assume responsibility for tracking the loan from lodgement to funding stages.
• Build relationships with the lender Business Development support team to achieve a positive support outcome for the customer and myself.
• Build client relationships and ensure reliability by providing active and responsive communication with customers through timely and quality responses through all appropriate channels of communication.
• Ensure lender communication is maintained of the highest quality to maintain a reputation of reliability.
• Maintain a high standard of all relevant credit assessment notes assuring they are readily available to the Loan Consultant to ensure compliance is always of the highest standard for lenders and client.
• Maintain and update skills and knowledge of lender products, services, lending policy and guidelines by attending training & information sessions.
• Zero tolerance for any form a compliance breaches.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• 2023, Finalist, office of the year - Franchise, Australian Broking Awards
• Achieved 195M in Mortgage settlements against a target of 130M (150%) increase.
