- Learned alot more loose jobs such as split rims, 2 3 4 piece rims, mower tares, dingo, buggy and quad tares.
- Learned how to use the tyre press for 2 piece forklift rims.
- Learned how and why its so important to keep rims and lock rings in pristine condition, especially when assembling them to be fit back on a customers car.
- Experience with truck tares and fitting them by hand and with a truck fitting machine, also picked up on balancing truck tares with a truck balancer and balance beads.
- Learned how to assemble loader, grader and otr tares safely and what to look for to ensure that they are safe and ready to use.
- Picked up major repairs slightly although we didn't do much.
- tube and tyre repairs, and able to give feedback to the customer when the tube or tyre is no longer able to be used.
- Wheel alignments, whether they have shims or need a pry bar like jeeps, im able to do
- Wheel alignments, always ensuring that when a wheel alignment is done, all the eccentric bolts are done up the the correct specification advised by the manufacture, same goes if the car doesn't have camber or caster adjustments, always ensured the tie rods are tight.
