As a tattoo artist I have had great experience in customer service. My job entailed communicating with clients professionally via email, making bookings and having a friendly persona. It taught me great communication skills, time management, social media maintenance and how to keep dedicated to my work. A big part of the job was growing my client base online and in person through marketing services and keeping a consistent returning client base through positivity and creating a warm environment for them to come back to. I kept areas neat and clean and equipment sanitised, it also taught me how to make the sales space inviting by decorating the studio and keeping it clean. I also have experience in processing payments for clients. I contributed to a positive studio atmosphere by fostering teamwork among staff members and encouraging open communication.
