My role at Page & Pearce is a bit different to other sales support roles.

My main jobs include:

• Photography

• Creating floor plans

• Creating walk through videos

• Data entry

• Attending building & pest appointments along with any other appointments the sales agent may not be able to attend.

In this role I have learnt to adapt & to welcome any new challenge thrown my way.

• Responsible for allowing any fuel
• Responsible for checking all stock
• Responsible for cleaning & maintaining the store
• Handling food & taking orders

• Kept the reception area clean and neat to give visitors a positive first impression
• Confirmed appointments, communicated with clients and updated client records
• Handle all social media for McGrath
• Organized & planned all events
• I was responsible for maintaining and purchasing all sales gifts for settlements when they occur
• Resolved customer problems and complaints
• Constantly learning & updating my sales knowledge and skills as I would fill in for away staff members
• Learnt how to handle high pressure and still meet deadlines

• Greeted incoming visitors and customers professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance
