
I have been working in hospitality now for 8 years, which has been an amazing learning experience from crew to manager. I have learnt so much along the way. I now want to open my options and go onto new places and learn new things, to have more opportunities.
I started working here in 2017 in the McCafe working there as mainly the cafe closer for about 3 years, then progressed to become the full overnighter in Kitchen. almost 3 years ago I became a shifting manager. This role allowed me to advance my leadership within the restaurant. I have recently stepped up into a Department Manager Role where I am responsible for the Product Quality Department.
This department has allowed me advance my skills not only with shift leadership but also with communicating with suppliers and even with doing crew performance reviews.
