Courtney Ward

Taylors Hill,VIC

Summary

Throughout my extensive experiences, I have had the opportunity to deal with children of all abilities for many years before entering the ESW world. Planning activities is one of my favourite ways of tracking the development of my students, as it shows me what they enjoy most whilst also ensuring I'm challenging them in different areas. I myself have dyslexia and some of my family members have high ADHD and autism, so working with students who may have the same struggles feels extremely natural, rewarding and fun, as I find that I can connect on a deeper level to give them the best help that I know not all people have in the industry. I am also highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges. I have a strong work ethic, adaptability and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively and quickly on new skills.
