Six years experience' working in an Early Childhood daycare in the role of room Educator, 2IC, and currently in my first year of being a room leader. I love working with children of all ages, and believe the first step of working with a child is building a safe and secure relationship with them. I have experience with Circle of Security as it is an embedded practice at the centre I am currently employed at, and have embrace it fully after seeing the positive impact it has on both children and families. I have been growing my leadership skills over this past year as I stepped into this new role, while being mentored to lead those in my team.
