During my employment at Best Western Plus Launceston I was appointed Food, Beverage & Sales Manager during March 2020 until December 2020. During this time we were a Government Contracted Quarantine Hotel. I worked across all departments, with relevant department managers to implement COVID safety plans and procedures to ensure all guests, staff and contractors were safe and to ensure the smooth operations of the hotel throughout this period and to ensure all procedures were in place to re-open to the public safely and effectively.
