During my 3 and a half years at Swoosh finance i have been in 3 different teams to learning as much as possible about the finance industry and to become an asset to the company.


  • Support team

In support you are the first point of contact to the client. My role in support was to gather the required information from the client in a timely manner. I was able to achieve this buy being clear and concise to the client outlining the documents and information I needed and providing the necessary support to help the client provide what was necessary. (For example providing a link for them to obtain their registration document with steps for them to follow to obtain it.


  • Tasks


My duties in the tasks team we're the following:

  • Passing on bank statements and any requested information the assessor required to the assessor
  • Picking up on any mistakes a staff member had made and making sure it was rectified to comply with policies and procedures.
  • Withdrawing any application that the client had advised they did not want to proceed with.


  • Conditional Approval Team


My current duties in our conditional approval team is making sure we have bank statements from our clients. Once the clients bank statements have been received it is my duty to assess their bank statements and make sure the client meets our requirements to be eligible for the loan. I am able to complete this role quickly and effectively by following our internal policies and procedures.
