Having recently completed my RSA, RCG, and Bar Skills certifications, 


I am eager to expand on my background in the hospitality industry and gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of a busy bar. While working as a chef, I quickly adapted and learned in a fast-paced and often high-pressure environment. 


My experience at The Four In Hand Bistrot, under the guidance of renowned Sydney chef Mark Best, taught me the value of teamwork and dedication to customer service. During this time, our efforts were recognized with a prestigious Chef's Hat award. 


I also gained valuable experience working at the busy sports hotel, The Dolphin on Crown, where we frequently prepared meals for more than 300 customers each service. Developing strong communication skills to work seamlessly with front house staff was imperative in this role. My ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude has been key to my success in the industry and I take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
