  • Corporate management of the group’s seven business entities with an estimated annual revenue stream of twenty million dollars.
  • Management of all group’s HR, IR and training requirements.
  • Manage the Groups Legislative reporting requirements.
  • Payroll management of the Group’s workforce including the interpretation of seven different awards
  • Provide Strategic advice to the Directors and CEO.
  • Weekly review of labour controls ensuring cost effective labour solutions are utilised.
