•Working and communicating effectively with operations and other department to assure understanding of full job scope, priority and timing repairs.

•Study engineering drawings to determine materials requirements and task.

•Fabricate, Cutting and Welding with variety processes, metal forming, bending and finishing.

•Repair, design, layout and installation of structurals.

•Repairs flange leaks, including tightening or replacing bolts flanges and gaskets.

• Works in remote area for shutdown boilermaker/ fitter.

•Supervision of operators, assignation of daily tasks and ensuring that the operations are carried out safely and on time to satisfactory standards.

•Operating of equipment such such as vacuum pump, CT pump, mission pump and cetrifugal pump.

•Inspect and identify faults of any yard equipment and vehicles and ensure accurate recording in daily vehicle and equipment checklist checklist.

• Preparing materials to be processed in thermal units as pers specific gravity requirements and CRI materials.

•Perform fabricating and welding job as per engineering plan during shutdown or in maintenance schedule schedule.

•Perform other tasks related to mechanical works, removal and installing of spools and pumps, rotary valves, conveyor and punch list as per engineering plan.

• Lead a team of Fabricators in the construction and assembly of complex structures, ensuring timely completion and adherence to equality standards.

•Utilized advance welding techniques and operated cutting-edge machinery to fabricate components for industrial projects.

•Interprets technical drawings and specifications, identifying innovative solutions to enhance fabrication processes and optimized efficiency.

•Conducted thorough inspections and quality control checks throughout fabrication processes, proactively identifying and resolving any issues to maintain a high level of product excellence.
