My uncle is a carpenter, and every weekend, I would be his laborer and assist him with jobs that needed doing.

These jobs included:

- Concreting.

(Mix and lay concrete for a driveway.)

- Wood cutting.

Managed household tasks, including:

Laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, errands, and light cleaning.

Gardening:

Mow lawn, weeding

My friend's father gave me an opportunity to gain some work experience by cleaning and helping to build a restaurant he was constructing at the time.

The work consisted of:

- Cleaning the restaurant after the workers were done.

(Brooming, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning walls, and windows)

- Lifting and moving items.

(Cabinets, ovens, dishwashers, and machinery)
