I have been AHPRA registered as an enrolled nurse with a Diploma of Nursing since June 2024. I am currently employed as an EN at Aegis Aged Care, providing nursing care across all 4 sections including Dementia specific care.
I am enrolled in the Bachelor of Sciences, Nursing to gain my RN qualification with schedualled completion end of 2026.
I am an experienced AIN with a Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance from AMA College gained October 2022.
In addition, I am a Critical Transport Medic and an Emergency Medical Technician with a Certificate II in Medical Service First Response. I provide emergency medical services in and out of the hospital setting, working closely with other registered professionals and independently. These roles allow me to demonstrate my problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills as part of a team and independently within my scope of practice, often in high-pressure situations.
I have a proven record of excellent time management and strong communication skills with residents, family, and the multidisciplinary team.
I have a commitment to further education, having recently completed ILS and certification for extended scope within emergency medicine.
I have been the recipient of multiple awards that demonstrate my strong work ethic and values, including the VET Dux Award and the City of Joondalup Student Citizenship Award in 2022 and the inaugural Year 11 scholarship by The Lions Club of Kingsley and Woodvale in 2021.
I am eager to continue making a meaningful impact in the field of nursing care while developing my skills and furthering my knowledge
and education.
