LOKE DIGITAL Fronted a project to restructure the AU Client Services team and onboarding process to improve efficiencies. With restructuring the onboarding process we saw a 123% improvement to median days from sign-up to launch. Also saw results of 100% onboarding pipe launching within 30 days. From this we have rolled out the restructure across our UK team. LOKE DIGITAL Collaborated with client Applejack Hospitality to utilise the LOKE platform to its full potential with a marketing campaign across all channels during their Cinco De Mayo festival. We saw results of 33% increase in ATV, 150% increase in revenue, 800% increase in total orders, 638% increase to in-app purchases and 247 new users to their database.
