  • Early work and late work penalties – you will be paid the following penalties for ordinary hours worked:
  • Monday to Friday - Midnight to 7am - $3.47
  • Monday to Friday - 7pm to midnight - $2.32
  • Laundry allowance – you will be paid $6.02 per week if you are required to launder your own uniform (see clause 20.3 of agreement)
  • First aid allowance – you will be paid $10.55 per week if you are qualified and appointed to perform first aid duty (see clause 20.4 of Agreement)
  • Broken shift allowance – you will be paid $3.92 for a broken shift involving more than 2 hours between periods of work (see clause 20.5 of Agreement)
  • Forlift-lift driver allowance - you will be paid $0.35 per hour or part thereof for time spent operating a fork-lift.

  • You are employed on a “Fly-In – Fly-Out” (“FIFO”) basis.
  • For the purposes of safety and fatigue management, the Company may require you to travel during your R&R days. Travel time to and from the work location does not form part of the Roster Cycle.
