To whom it may concern,I have an extensive past working with customer service and front of house for many different establishments, have a current RSA and know how to work a coffee machine. Worked in fast-paced environments where teamwork is key for efficiency. Recently returned from England where my experience has allowed me to interact with each customer on a one-on-one basis, making small talk and learning about their day. Here, I also learnt the positives of working in a healthy environment and seeing the outcomes of productivity and teamwork that positivity brings .I've obtained a huge understanding of initiative through my role as Team Leader for the Catering department of PGL Bawdsey Manor and my involvement in sports, alongside the importance of teamwork, flexibility,self-challenge and respect, always being willing to grow and adapt to any outcome.
