• Managed a team of 9 including a Registered Nurse, and healthcare assistants (HCAs)

• Serviced high-needs residents with multiple co-morbidities, those on palliative care and a number with degenerative diseases such as MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and Parkinson’s Disease requiring infusion pump, and those requiring complex care for PEG/NGT feeding, Tracheostomy, SPC

• Ensured that every resident has a care plan and that the plan is reviewed and updated frequently as the health of the resident deteriorates

• Liaised with doctors, pharmacists and physiotherapists to ensure that care plans are appropriate for the individual and are aligned with best practice
