Cyrus Fung

My name is Cyrus. I wanted to be part of the upcoming sub-committee because I wanted to contribute my part and my core belief as an International Student, to the Hong Kong community within the University of Sydney. Many of us are far away from home in order to pursue on a better career and prospects in the future. While adapting to a new environment takes time, creating the bonding between fellow Hong Kong students within Sydney University, especially before reaching here, makes the experience less intimating and more adaptable. As to find someone they communicate and connect on both linguistically and culturally, creating the sense of belonging and a sense of security as a community. This is my very core belief that would like contribute my very best on if I could become apart of the upcoming sub-committee of USYDHKSA.
