Growing up in the countryside, I developed a deep curiosity about food by observing how various crops were grown and transformed into dishes. I naturally found joy in cooking while helping my mother in the kitchen, and seeing my family and friends enjoy the meals I prepared made me realize something important: when delicious food is shared with loved ones, happiness is multiplied.
This passion led me to study culinary arts, where I not only learned various cooking techniques but also grew through team activities and learned the importance of cooperation and respect in the kitchen. Among the many cuisines I explored, I became especially drawn to Italian cuisine for its focus on simplicity and the natural flavors of ingredients.
With 8 years of hands-on experience working in Italian restaurants, I have developed strong skills in ingredient preparation, efficient kitchen operations, and delivering flavorful, balanced dishes.
