  • Manage 5 restaurants (Members dining room, Long room, Jim Stynes Grill and Committee room & Committee by Grossi and Missymu)

  • Lead the development and delivery of the overarching events strategy for Town Hall Broadmeadows to mark the official opening of the redeveloped facility
  • Managed the onboarding of caterer (Peter Rowland) as the exclusive venue caterer
  • Developed and executed the hospitality re-creation of the town hall, working with CUB, Coke-Cola, chefs hat, liquor licensing and Audio visual supply and installation
  • Coordinated corporate events, such as official openings, VIP and Community Days, stakeholder nights and tours to mark the activation of the new facility
  • Identified and attracted new event opportunities that activated Broadmeadows Town Hall and helped to position it as a leader in delivering world-class events
  • Provided strategic support, advice and training to business units and developed a transition plan for the ongoing management of events at the facility
  • Worked with builders and designers to oversee the functionality of the FOH space, including kitchen, bars and function spaces
  • Led the planning and execution of significant events for the opening of the Town Hall Broadmeadows, including official openings, community open days and a 400-seat black tie charity ball
