- Provided debriefing to staff after they have experienced difficult challenges or traumatising situations.
- Completed monthly reports and brokerage reports for multiple programs based on the funding agreement.
- Support staff with the management of their programs and ensure staff have an understanding of the service delivery required by the funding bodies.
- Guidance and support to staff regarding their programs brokerage and ensuring we are not overspending.
- Provide strategic direction to teams to support with achieving best practice, to continually improve and meet objectives.
- Continually looking for new funding opportunities and relevant grants for the programs teams.
- Provide updates at meetings regarding programs and any achievements from the teams.

- Attending committee meetings, forums, conferences and working groups that is relevant to MAC.
- Continue networking with stakeholders and Funding Bodies to ensure best practice across the organisation.
- Breaking down the barriers for Indigenous community members to be able to access a culturally safe environment at MAC.
- Provide insight and guidance to external agencies on being culturally safe and inclusive for staff and community members.
- Support staff in providing holistic approach and using a strength base approach when working with clients.
- Participate in reflective practices to improve on my own behaviours and to continue learning on how better to approach different situations.
