For the past two years, I have been a dedicated employee at Brumby's Bakery, a family-run business. This role has allowed me to channel my passion for customer engagement while honing my ability to work efficiently and diligently. I’ve developed strong skills in processing orders and payments, while also building customer interest through meaningful conversation. I am known for being a team player who is always ready to lend support, and take on additional responsibilities when needed.

I consistently provided exceptional customer service, greeting customers as they entered the store, and quickly addressing any inquiries. I also handled phone calls regarding product availability and store information. My duties included cleaning and maintaining store shelves and displays, ensuring work areas remained clean, organized, and safe for optimal productivity. I performed basic maintenance tasks, like sweeping and mopping, while also ensuring high customer satisfaction by resolving issues with friendly, knowledgeable service.
