  • Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing on a wide range of machinery, CAT, KOMATSU, LIEBHERR, HITACHI, EPIROC. (Field service & Workshop).
  • Complete major component change outs during machine shut downs, (lift, tilt & stick cylinders, Transmissions & torque converters, engine, blade, bucket & track replacements, Final drives, mid life repairs etc.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system faults.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot Grease system faults.
  • Inspect, repair & replace hydraulic components (Hoses, pumps, coolers, filters, reservoirs, cylinders, accumulators, MCV's.
  • Complete in pit breakdown work on machinery.
  • Adhere and Comply with different mine site procedures & protocol, (Hierarchy traffic rules, Isolation and tagging procedures etc).
