Partnership Coordinator

The Partnership Coordinator Role is designed to work with the Regional Partnerships Specialists and the Partnership Supervising Principals to support business development activity undertaken at local office level across the Injuries North Division at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers. Key responsibilities include;


  • Providing general administrative support on BD activity undertaken by the Regional Partnership Specialists including presentation preparation, diary management, preparing merchandise & collateral for events, invoicing, organising small local events
  • Coordinating the design of collateral and content with our external designer
  • Liaising with external manufacturers for merchandise creation
  • Facilitating the creation of referral sources and reviewing matters are coded correctly according to the BD sources.
  • Generating data and preparing reports relating to the overall relationship metrics of Maurice Blackburn to our partnerships
  • Ensuring BD plans and tracking of new referrals are kept up to date in advance of any Supervising Principal meeting with ROLs and RPSs.
  • Collecting North Injuries specific Google reviews weekly and preparing them to be viewed in the NILT reports.
  • Maintaining the North Injury Partnership Intranet page and the filing of the QLD & NT Partnerships Teams channel


Business Development Team Coordinator

The Business Development Team Coordinator role was a national position designed to provide general support to the business development team and implement procedures as directed by the Business Development Managers. Responsibilities included;


  • Providing administrative assistance to the Business Development General Manager and the Partnership Support Manager in terms of diary management, implementing new procedures, feeding back any team suggestions
  • Tracking the team budget and gatekeeping team spending
  • Invoicing
  • Chairing the Business Development team meeting every fortnight including setting agenda, hosting and collecting/ distributing actions
