• Operating processing plant in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining the highest level of production possible, including:
• - Crusher
• - CIP Circuit
• - Calcine
• - Paste Plant
• - Gold Room
• - Leach tanks
• - Monitoring tailings dams
• Continuous monitoring of centrally controlled plant operations and processes to identify and correct equipment malfunctions
• Supervise and train new operators on relevant processes and safe equipment operations
• Actively participating in daily shift change and safety toolbox meetings
• Liaise with shift supervisor and maintain positive team environment with colleagues
• Adhere to and follow all company and site-specific WHS policies and procedures

• Operating processing plant in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining the highest level of production possible and continuously monitor all operations and processes, including:
• - Crusher
• - Mills
• - CIL tanks
• - Elution
• - Electrowinning
• - Acacia
• - Control room
• - Gold room
• - Tailings dam inspections
• - Commission new processing plant
• Ensure isolations meet Permit to Work standards and other general Permit Issuer responsibilities
• Correct equipment malfunctions as quickly as possible to minimise interruptions to production
• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining the highest level of production possible, including the operation of:
• - CAT 980 Loader
• - CAT 988 Loader
• - Komatsu PC300 Excavator
• Complete daily pre-operational maintenance and safety checks on equipment and perform basic maintenance or advise mechanic of issues, where required
• Liaise with shift supervisor and maintain positive team environment with colleagues
• Provide training to team members on relevant industry processes and safe equipment operations
• Actively participating in daily shift change and safety toolbox meetings
• Adhere to and follow all company and site-specific WHS policies and procedures

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining the highest level of production possible, including the operation of:
• - CAT 980 Loader
• - CAT 988 Loader
• - Komatsu PC300 Excavator
• - Mobile Sampling Crushing Plant
• Complete daily pre-operational maintenance and safety checks on equipment and perform basic maintenance or advise mechanic of issues, where required
• Liaising with shift supervisor and maintain positive team environment with colleagues
• Provide training to team members on relevant industry processes and safe equipment operations
• Actively participating in daily shift change and safety toolbox meetings
